[PWGEM] Update SkimmerForDalitzEE

Adjust primary dilepton skimmer code in PM to be closer to Dilepton skimmer code.
- Add track to collision association
- Add hadron rejection
- Add TOF recovery
- Add option to fill tables only with tracks not with pairs
