[Windows] Windsurf crashes when clicking inline file path links in Cascade chat

Clicking any inline file path link rendered in the Cascade chat panel causes Windsurf to crash on Windows.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Cascade return a response containing an inline file path link
2. Click the link in the chat panel
3. Windsurf crashes immediately

Environment

• OS: Windows
• Shell: PowerShell (pwsh)

Workaround
Manually copy the path and open via Ctrl+P
