Closing this one. The version here is dictated by the installed Expo SDK, so expo-doctor fails the build the moment we widen past what the SDK expects. This PR has never been able to go green and never will while we're on SDK 55.

#206 teaches Renovate that, the example app's runtime deps are now in-range-only, so the lockfile still gets refreshed but the ranges stay put. SDK jumps stay a deliberate manual thing.
