[Problem/Bug]: Unable to Paste from context menu in WebView2

What happened?

While users are able to right-click and Cut/Copy they are unable to right-click Paste using the context menu. The paste button is greyed out, even when there is something in the clipboard that can be pasted:

Users are still able to use CTRL+V to paste.

This used to work up until users' runtimes updated to 147.0.3912.60. This issue did not occur on the previous version of the runtime.

Repro steps

Open a webpage containing a text box in a WebView2 control.

Write some text into the text box and copy it.

Right click, you will be unable to paste the text you just copied - but you can use CTRL+V.

Yes, I confirm.

There is a problem when using WPF.
Additionally, there are no lines highlighted in the menu when you hover the mouse.
A very raw issue has been released.

I can also confirm this problem with WIN32.

The "Paste" option does not get enabled to paste text nor images in the context menu.

It worked perfectly in the previous release.

So far I only have 2 users that have reported the issue but we're checking our logs to see how many people have received the update. While troubleshooting with one of my users we discovered the problem does not occur when using an InPrivate Window, super weird. Of course, my luck has caused one of the two users having the issue ending up being a high-level Exec. Hope this gets addressed and fixed soon.

The fix is available in canary version 149.0.3984.0 and later. Please validate the fix.
