As per the OZW 1.6 Release Notes, [Config Files are now versioned, and can be dynamically updated from the OZW website when new versions are available](https://github.com/OpenZWave/open-zwave/wiki/OpenZWave-1.6-Release-Notes#config-file-revision-management) Need to export the various Manager Methods around this functionality.
