A DMS integration for the Manuals would be nice (for example Paperless-ngx)

Hi,
I am starting to use Paperless-ngx (https://docs.paperless-ngx.com/ ; https://github.com/paperless-ngx/paperless-ngx ; https://docs.paperless-ngx.com/api/) as a DMS for storing and searching through PDFs.
And it would be nice if PartDB could be integrated with it.

A simple way for doing this, would be an option in the attachment type where one can set it, as safe in DMS, and when then uploading a document it does not save it on the PartDB server but puts it into the DMS, and saves a link to it.

Further expansion of this would also be nice but by having such a simple integration would be good enough.

Some expansions that would be nice, would be things like having the ability to fill out parameters depending on the part (like Partname, a url to it, ...) and Instead of uploading a document, searching in the DMS.
