[Bug]: Video stutters at the start of playback and resolution/codec switching is unreliable

What happened?

Two related playback issues:

• There's a small, brief stutter or short reload around the 5 second mark (00:05) at the start of every video.
• Changing video resolution or codec is pretty unreliable, sometimes it works fine, but other times it keeps switching back and forth between resolutions on its own, or the video gets stuck on a loading screen and won't play at all after trying to change the resolution or codec.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce (stutter at start):

1. Open any video.
2. Let it play from the start.
3. Around the 5 second mark, there's a brief stutter or short reload.

Steps to reproduce (resolution/codec switching):

1. Open any video and let it play.
2. Try changing the resolution or codec from the player settings.
3. Sometimes it works, but other times the resolution keeps flipping back and forth on its own, or the video gets stuck loading and won't resume.

Thx for the reports yeah in the next release it 2would be done but decoders are a mess, I have experience with them with PipePipe but it's even harder for TypeType since I cannot surface directly the decoders.

But like always I will find a solution, there is always a solution :p
