Being unfocused while full screened can cause window size to attempt to render at max integer limit

Was alt tabbed out of Minecraft for an extended period of time, and upon tabbing in crashed; log included.
Minecraft was full in full screen, 2x upscaling from 1080p to 2160p. Game attempted to render at 2147483647p before instantly crashing

update: this crash is most likely related to the mod Axiom; having the axiom editor open seems to cause this crash when alt tabbing.
