CLI Apps failing if YNH version is selected to 12.1.40.1 instead of 12.1.39

Can we get the CLI YNH server be upgraded to 12.1.40.1 from 12.1.39, since if apps manifest is upgraded to 12.1.0.1 CLI jobs fails.

This is not a cli issue (we don't use this yet).
We just have to update the images of the ci but there is no hurry because there is no packaging changes :)

Ohh okay. I was not aware. But it does fail, when and if I choose updated version, sure cause the actual CLI YNH installed is .39. Should we not be updating it, at least?
