Sorry if this is the wrong place but I couldn't find any other ways of contacting the developer (had a good look through Facebook and Twitter and the website).
Long story short, I need the file to get a new os on my Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini NFC and this file will not download because of no mirrors (I've tried different countries with a VPN with so success) and I'm afraid this is the only place where I could have a chance of downloading this.
