Unable To list Kubernetes Clusters | Cloudstack 4.18.1

Hi,
I am unable to list Kubernetes via cloudstack UI/API
In getting

Did the kubernetes cluster deploy successfully ?

Could you please check the value of global settings "Endpoint url (endpoint.url) "

Yes, New Deployments are successful as per logs. But unable to list those.
endpoint.url is set to cloudstack IP, http://172.16.1.100:8080/client/api

from the code, it looks like the service offering of a kubernetes cluster has been removed.

as a workaroud, you can set removed to NULL, and state to Inactive
