Cannot generate apikeys/tokens as admin

Hello. I followed the quick guide to install and looked at the documentation but I seem to not be able to generate API keys for a specific user. Everyone references a generate keys button, but I do not have this.

version: CloudStack 4.20.0.0

It looks like you should drill down into the user. You seem to be looking at the account. Press the View Users button and select the user for whom you want to create keys from the list.

The image pasted is that of the apiuser account. Click on View Users and then select the specific user in that account for which you want to generate keys and there you will find the appropriate button.
