Supportance of Shared NW VPN

Hi, I'm looking for whether sharedNW supports L2TP VPN.

The document said we can enable the VPN on the network, but there is no description about its type. It's alway enable only using the lsolated NW.

ofcourse, the description "select public ip" means exactly the isolated one. However, our cloud is created with restricted "public ip," our cloud uses private NAT address with router (10.30.0.0/16). And we just use that network as a shared NW in cloudstack.

so i need vpn service with user management, which cloudstack vpn seems like the best option for me if the sharedNW is availble to use the VPN.

You need to setup VPN server on your router. (CloudStack VR is not the router or gateway)

One addition, If you want the VR to act as router/GW, you would choose isolated network or VPC. With L2 or sharednetwork, see @weizhouapache ’s answer.
