docs: remove Agentic env var construct option

Notes for the Reviewer

Removes agentRuntime.exposeEnvironmentVariables from the Agentic Check construct docs and examples. Agentic Check docs now describe {{VARIABLE_NAME}} prompt references as the only supported way to expose Checkly account variables and secrets to an Agentic Check.

Also removes the trailing comma in package.json that currently prevents Mint/Node tooling from parsing the package config.

Validation:

• python3 -m json.tool package.json
• node -e "JSON.parse(require('fs').readFileSync('docs.json','utf8'))"
• git diff --check
• TypeScript syntax check for Agentic docs snippets
• npx mint broken-links runs and reports existing broken links; no Agentic docs files are listed.
