[docs-scanner] Contradictory information about minutes rollover in subscription scaling #25300

Description

File: content/manuals/subscription/scale.md

Issue

The documentation contains contradictory statements about whether purchased minutes roll over:

Minutes don't roll over. Base subscription minutes reset each billing period and don't accumulate. Additional purchased minutes expire at the end of your subscription period.

For example, with an annual Docker Team subscription (500 included minutes), if you purchase 500 additional minutes, only the additional 500 minutes roll over until your annual renewal.

The first sentence states "Minutes don't roll over" and the third sentence says "Additional purchased minutes expire at the end of your subscription period," but then the example immediately contradicts this by saying the additional minutes "roll over until your annual renewal."

Why this matters

A reader trying to understand whether their purchased minutes will carry over to the next billing period will be confused by these contradictory statements. The blanket statement "Minutes don't roll over" followed by an example showing that some minutes DO roll over creates uncertainty about a billing-related feature.

Suggested fix

Clarify the distinction between base subscription minutes and purchased additional minutes in the opening statement. For example:

Base subscription minutes don't roll over—they reset each billing period and don't accumulate. However, additional purchased minutes persist until the end of your subscription period.

For example, with an annual Docker Team subscription (500 included minutes), if you purchase 500 additional minutes, the 500 base minutes reset monthly, but the 500 additional minutes remain available until your annual renewal.
