As already mentioned, we should rename 'top-priority' to 'working session' or something similar, as the name 'top-priority' is not appropriate since there are things discussed in the working sessions that are not top priority.

This change has to be made by a TC member, as they are the only ones with write access to the repositories.

The easiest way is to create a script for this since there are too many repositories.
