Embed code SEO must include thumbnail

The embed code should include the thumbnailUrl itemprop:

This should be included by default and not dependent on the "current default" entry metadata at embed time.

If includeSeoMetadata is enabled, then we will use entryMetadata object that includes the relevant data for SEO, which includes the thumbnailUrl.

Creating thumbnail url is more complicated then it sounds. The most accurate way is to make request to the API and I don't want to add any unneeded dependencies. The purpose of this library is to generate the HTML for the embed and nothing else.

agreed. But thumbnailUrl from the entry metadata is static no?.. if for example you update the default thumbnail url in the kmc it changes that metadata? ... I think we should probably add magic path that always servers the default entry thumbnail, so our SEO images reflect whatever default thumbnail is set in the back end. We already have thumbnail.php within the html5 library that does this. But maybe another uiConf based mapping ( similar to iframe -> "embedIframe" and mwEmbedLoader.php -> "embedIframeJs" )
