Type: Bug
I had claude create a worktree and make changes in it. the worktree did not show in my source control side pinal repositories list. And when I ran the command Git: Migrate worktree changes it would find the worktree, i clicked on it, and it did not do anything at all. I only got it to work by disabling then re-enabling the git extenstion, and then reloading the window. I was also connected to a dev tunnel at the time but I believe the issue is the same even without the dev tunnel.
