Pronext UPS's missing

Pronext is an argentine UPS seller, (not sure if they build their's UPS or just a reaseler for non brand UPS's

Do those docs contain protocol info? Would you code a driver?

Although first things first - did you try existing drivers (maybe via custom build of master branch, several new drivers were contributed in recent months)?

No, I'm just a customer that sadly found that they only provides windows app and I have all my home rack with linux SBC's . I used to have some programming abilities in the past but more than 10 year's ago turned into management and compliance and my programming abilities get rusted. I've also found that the brand actually is an USA brand and wrote them asking for more details, software linux version or indications for using some NUT driver.

The documents provided are just the user manuals hoping that images may link to some well known UPS. Meanwhile I've tried some choices without luck

finally found that have an USB port issue (probably power related) (I'm thinking about attach a powered USB Hub)

That USB ID is seen in nutdrv_qx sources for various brands, so try some oyher subdrivers (manually or via auto-detection).
