Logging all moderators actions into topics

Hello,
I'll report here the suggestion I submitted to Crizzo, since he was credited on phpBB forums as the ext creator.

I was thinking about the reason why only the moving message moderation action was logged into topics by this extension and not the other ones like closing topic or deleting a message.
Crizzo answered me that knowing about a moved topic is a more valuable info for users instead of locking, for example, because basically there's a reason why a topic is locked but moving reasons may not be immediate (did I get your answer right, @Crizz0?).

Anyway, he asked me to move the request here so you guys may want to discuss it.

Deleting a post might be worth to display, but in the place where the message would have been.
Displaying when a topic was locked doesn't sound useful to me, though.

I went under the assumption 'If you can show one, you can show them all'.
There are also the splitting and merging of topics that may be worth showing.

Can you give us an example, how it would look like, if we make a note for merge/splitting a posts in/from a topic?

Splitting:

This topic has been splitted from $topic_origin by $user on $date
(e.g. This topic has been splitted from Hello world! by admin on 2016/08/21 21:36)

Merging:

Topic $topic_origin has been merged to $topic_dest by $user on $date
(e.g. Topic Hello world! has been merged to Test by admin on 2016/08/21 21:36)
