not worked with putty 32bit and resize option

Download latest putty - https://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest/w32/putty-0.76-installer.msi

for some reason only part of shellcode injected in file.
but even it fixed with HxD and all code in place - it doesnt work.
can you see why this is happening?
