We are currently using the Twilio Java SDK and are implementing IVR solutions for a global customer base. While configuring Greek text-to-speech, we have encountered limitations in the available voice options for Greek language support.
We noticed that Google Cloud Text-to-Speech offers additional Greek voices, including more natural-sounding options such as Chirp3 and Neural2 voices, which do not currently appear to be available through the Twilio Java SDK’s Say class.
Would it be possible for your team to review the available Greek voice options and consider expanding support for these newer voices in a future SDK update? Enhanced Greek voice support would significantly improve the user experience for our Greek-speaking customers.
