[Bug]: TS/JS: `r?.load()` and `r!.load()` ignore the receiver's known type (the call name keeps `r?` / `r!`), so they get no CALLS edge whenever another visible class defines `load`, while `r.load()` is `exact`

[Bug]: Rust: a method called directly on a guard chain (`self.m.lock().unwrap().count()`, `self.c.borrow().count()`, `rc.borrow_mut().inc()`, `arc.lock().unwrap().inc()`) gets no CALLS edge; only `let g = …; g.count()` resolves (ripgrep printer: 10 of 10 `self.wtr.borrow().…()` calls unlinked)

[Bug]: C++: `std::unique_ptr<T>`/`std::shared_ptr<T>` receivers get no CALLS edge, and `auto x = std::make_unique<T>()`, `auto x = factory()` and range-for receivers bind by name to another class's method (`w->draw()` on a `Widget` → `Gadget::draw`)

[Bug]: Java (default frontend): a static call on a same-package type gets no CALLS edge when the type is in another directory (`src/test/java` → `src/main/java`) or is an enum (`Level.parse(s)`); gson: 130 test calls unlinked, `tests-reaching JavaVersion.parseMajorJavaVersion` = 0

[Bug]: C#, Dart, Rust and C++: a function stored by assignment (`Closed += OnClosed`, `_onClose = Cleanup`, `onClose = _cleanup`, `let f = double`, `scale = &twice`) gets no REFERENCES edge, so every C# event handler is reported dead

[Bug]: Lua: methods inherited through the metatable idiom (`setmetatable(Derived, { __index = Base })`) get no CALLS edge (`self:hello()`, `d:hello()`), so base-class methods are reported dead

[Bug]: Lua: `cgr rename` crashes with an unhandled `PatcherError` traceback on a colon method (`function Account:fmt()`, even with `--dry-run`) and refuses a table function (`Account.new`); `graph resolve deposit` can't find `Account:deposit`

[Bug]: Go (tree-sitter path, incl. every `_test.go` even with go/types on): a method promoted from an embedded struct (`router.GET` on gin's `Engine`) binds to a same-named package-level function in an unimported package (gin: 296 test calls → `ginS.GET`/`POST`/…)

[Bug]: operator use sites don't link to user-defined operators: C++ `c[i]`/`c()`, Rust `a + b`/`+=`/`v[i]`, C# `a + b`/`c[i]`, Scala `obj(i)` → `apply` get no edge, Scala `a + b` is only heuristic and `x + o.x` on a Double makes `def +` call itself (ripgrep: `Stats::add_assign` has 0 callers)

[Bug]: TS/JS/Dart property setters are never linked from writes (`t.celsius = 5`, `t.celsius += 1` get no edge, so `callers` of every setter is empty), while TS/JS reads reference the getter and the setter as `overload`

[Bug]: Python/JS/TS: a value read that is not a call (`[cfg.run]`, `{v: cfg.label}`, `f(target.length)`, a `string` param passed on) gets CALLS/REFERENCES to a same-named method of an unrelated class by name alone (vscode subset: 2,867 such edges, `.length` → `ArrayQueue.length` ×654)

[Bug]: Python: `v = pkg.Client()` / `with pkg.Client() as v` stays untyped when `pkg/init.py` re-exports with `from ._client import *` (#2558's fix covers named re-exports only): httpx's 119 `client.get()` test calls link nowhere

[Bug]: Python: a constructor argument is bound to a callable field by its name alone, ignoring the caller's scope, so `self._fn()` gets `exact` CALLS to a same-named module function, property or another test's nested function (httpx: 11 of 15 sites wrong)

[Bug]: Python: any `x.headers` access links to another class's `@property headers` by name alone (even a plain `self.headers` attribute in an unimported module), to getter and setter both, labelled `exact` (httpx: 69 false edges from 35 functions)

[Bug]: Java, C#, Python and Dart: a method call on a bounded type-parameter receiver (`<T extends Sq> f(T t) { t.area(); }`, `where T : Sq`, `TypeVar(bound=Sq)`) gets no CALLS edge; the bound is never substituted (javac, Roslyn and jedi resolve it)

[Bug]: C++/Scala overload fan-out ignores argument count: `area(3)` links to `area(int,int)` too, a delegating overload gets a fake self-call, and `rename --allow-heuristic` rewrites the other overload's calls
