verify_db commands should accept VUT ID and VUT login interchangeably

It seems now if someone uses their VUT login to verify you can't search for them via their VUT ID (and the other way around). We should be able to handle this as we have the VUTAPI access.

I suppose this could be handled directly in the lookup commands but perhaps we could solve this "at the source" with the upcomming (:clueless:) verify rework
