Folder with all files necessary for easy and straightforward fluence studies (TID and NIEL) for ALICE 3 using Geant.
The files include a SetupFluenceStudyGeant.sh (when sourced in a working directory, it copies all the other files in the workdir). There are .sh files corresponding to the various steps of the simulation. They are handled by simulation.py.
Then there are the codes for the analysis part: analyze_geant.py and make_geometry_csv.C to get the TID/NIEL maps and tables. Further details in the README_LOCAL.txt.
