ENH: Dump the DataStructure hierarchy to standard output or a file #1681

Summary

Add an executable that reads a .dream3d file and writes its data-structure hierarchy to standard output or a file. The hierarchy lists the objects and their organization. This helps readers and large language models inspect a file's contents.

The request proposes using existing DataStructure export functions. At 2eb6b878f6ff408d1454754d4c0e63edd676d7e0, exportHierarchyAsText and exportHierarchyAsGraphViz accept output streams. No dedicated hierarchy-dump executable or matching nxrunner option is found in this commit.

A filter that produces the same output is also suggested. Whether to add that filter remains open.
