Add an inert
.hosting/manifest.jsonand repo-specific runbook. Map the requested Render Starter target to existing #1772/#1777, session/origin review, consistent backup/decrypt proof, a 512 MB capacity test and #1226.No runtime/configuration behavior, hostname, database, secret or deployment trigger is changed. Preserve one instance, SQLite and private named-user access. Existing main-push workflows may still deploy after a future merge; inspect those first.
Verification
The 16-contract preparation set passed the new offline schema validator locally. JSON validation is not deployment or application acceptance. Taskdeck's docs-governance/link checks, application suites, hosted security, capacity and restore checks were not run in this connector-only pass. Draft pending the repository checks and independent review.
