What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Correct the metric name for monitoring ingested span counts, was previously incorrectly shown as. 'datadog.estimated_usage.apm.ingested_spans'. Also clarified that ingested span volume (GB) and indexed span counts are the relevant metrics.
