RuneScape: Dragonwilds had no install_config.sh block, so no DedicatedServer.ini was created on install and the details-check (rsdw) CI job failed downloading the default config. - Download DedicatedServer.ini from Game-Server-Configs (GameServerManagers/Game-Server-Configs#157), set the server and world name, and generate an admin password. - Update the rsdwserver _default.cfg comment: the INI is now created during install, so OwnerId can be set before the first start.

Description
Adds
rsdw/DedicatedServer.inifor RuneScape: Dragonwilds (rsdwserver, added in GameServerManagers/LinuxGSM#4921). The PR that added the server planned this file as a follow-up.The LinuxGSM
details-check (rsdw)CI job currently fails because it downloads this file and gets a 404.The template is the file the server writes on its first start, with these changes:
ServerGuidremoved, as the server generates it on first start.ServerNameandDefaultWorldNameset toSERVERNAME, replaced withLinuxGSMon install.AdminPassword=ADMINPASSWORDadded, replaced with a random password on install. The wiki lists it as mandatory.OwnerIdleft empty. It's the owner's in-game Player ID, so the user has to set it, and the server won't start without it.Testing
Tested on Ubuntu 24.04 (Docker) with server build from 2026-10-04:
OwnerId,ServerName,WorldPassword,DefaultWorldName,PlatformPolicyandbAllowSendingCrashDumps, addsServerGuid, and listens on 7777.AdminPasswordline when it rewrites the INI on start, even after a clean boot. The key is in the server binary, so it's read, but I couldn't confirm in-game whether the value is kept after the line is removed.
