[Bug report] dragging corner handle on a rectangle scales rather than resize #4575

Problem:

Trying to resize a rectangle with the mouse actually scales it up, and scaling has unexpected side effects on other things such as corners, which is in the 'Rectangle' node so it cant be moved up the order

Expected:

Dragging the corner handle in a rectangle should change it's height and width, not scale

Steps:

1. create rectangle 500x500
2. drag any corner handle to make it bigger
3. notice the 'scale' value changing in the 'Transformation' node
4. notice the height/width stay the same in the 'Rectangle' node
