AB#643 Fix call agency itinery styles

Proposed Changes

• Fixed swedish estimate text overlapping with icons and the address. The new design has all estimate texts smaller, lighter in color, and closer to the itinerary line to accommodate longer words. All other times on an itinery with a call agency leg are also moved closer to the line. Itineraries without call agency legs use the original design.
• Fixed address being on one line when it should be street first then city underneath it
