Add the June 2026 `2606` release entry (features, bug fixes, and changes/deprecations), roll June from edge to latest and open a July edge section, and update version labels accordingly. Sourced from merged sansara PRs: MCP Streamable HTTP, SQLView Analytics UI, $export _elements (incl. nested), system-level OrgBAC export, resource-level storage/API config, supply-chain security, version-based caching, and the legacy-engine cleanup (BOX_FHIR_SCHEMA_VALIDATION removed).
