Jail Break doesn't complete

After following the steps till clicking on the store icon on the homepage the Spring Break shows up, but nothing happens after that, i tried 4 times with following all the steps patiently but it doesn't work in my case, I have a KPW 10th Generation runing on 5.18.1.1.1

Ensure you have WiFi and didn't exit in and out, kindle kids+ is meant to open 5 seconds post-quote. Otherwise, use Sanctuary.
