Summary

  • remove the Microsoft employee eligibility note from the public Visual Studio subscriber article
  • link qualified development activities to the Developer Program FAQ definition
  • add Microsoft Learn links for MCA, Azure plan, billing profile/invoice section, and spending-limit requirements
  • enlarge the sandbox-type selection screenshot for readability
