Looks good so far. Only comment I have is how differing modes in stereo devices are handled. For the microphone and audio mode, we display the mode for each device instead of merging it into the same mode automatically. @TobiasRoeddiger do we want the same behaviour for the power saving mode or is the approach with merging into the same mode acceptable?

I changed the handling of stereo mode as requested.

I also fixed another issue: The options had weird redundant descriptions. In order to give appropriate descriptions for each option, the app and flutter library would have required more changes, which I wanted to avoid. Also, I cannot imagine meaningful description texts for these power saving modes, the titles are supposed to be self explanatory.
For that I made the passing of description texts optional in stereo_pair_option_selector.dart
