Launcher should exec python3 so kills reach python #1678

Description

The Linux/macOS launcher bin/OMSimulator (src/OMSimulatorPython/OMSimulator.in) starts python3 "$@" or python3 -m OMSimulator "$@" as a child of sh instead of replacing the shell. A caller that kills the launcher (e.g. OMEdit, whose QProcess::kill() sends SIGKILL when the Calibrate dialog is closed during a run, OpenModelica/OpenModelica#17359) only kills sh. The orphaned python keeps running until it next writes to the closed pipe and dies of SIGPIPE; a long run that prints nothing (a simulation or a calibration evaluation) keeps going in the background.

Expected

exec python3 ... in both branches (and the same in OMSimulatorGui.in), so the PID the caller holds is python's and signals reach it directly. The exit code is passed through as before.
