Why

IDE-86. Releasing means tagging by hand; this makes it a dispatch.

What Changed

  • CI: tag.yml — workflow_dispatch with a minor (default) / major / patch bump. Refuses non-master refs, derives the next vX.Y.Z from the latest release tag, pushes it, then calls release.yml.
  • CI: release.yml gains workflow_call and resolves the version from the input or the tag ref, since a dispatched run is on master. Hand-pushed tags still release.
  • CI: reusable-build.yml keys the demo SDK URI off the version input instead of github.ref.

How to Test

  • Run Tag release from master after merge

Notes

  • npm trusted publishing validates the calling workflow, so tag.yml needs adding as a trusted publisher on @optable/web-sdk (keep release.yml for hand-pushed tags) before the first dispatched release.
  • Pre-release tags are still pushed by hand.

Mirrors the release workflow in airflow-matchers-dags. workflow_dispatch
with a patch/minor/major choice, refuses to run off master, derives the
next version from the latest vX.Y.Z tag and pushes it.

A tag pushed with GITHUB_TOKEN does not start another workflow run, so
release.yml gains a workflow_call trigger with a version input and is
invoked directly rather than left to fire on its own push trigger. The
push trigger stays, so a hand-pushed tag still releases unchanged.
