Add the self-contained Quantum Harness capsule for non-Abelian projector geometry as a chaos probe in an exactly degenerate Laughlin manifold. Include source, tests, seven figures, the 17-page article, technical report, release manifest, artwork, bilingual caption, and Wander team metadata. Scope: Changes are confined to tracks/mps/solutions/Wander-276 and preserve the public research release at commit d0a03ae. Tested: bash tracks/mps/solutions/Wander-276/verify.sh; 17/17 release checks; 38/38 focused tests Co-authored-by: OmX <omx@oh-my-codex.dev>

@OkongOyangO The Issue #276 submission has now been upgraded to the audited two-paper v13/v14 release. Suggested review path:
The current capsule contains 23+11 Paper-I pages, 18+8 Paper-II pages, 13 vector figures, a 237-object pre-upgrade capsule seal, 71 registered v13/v14 evidence/source hashes, and public-document tamper tests. The supported claim is finite-size geometric information under exact degeneracy plus an exact conditional channel theorem. It does not establish asymptotic, universal, independent-cross-model, thermalizing, or black-hole Geometric ETH. |
Result: add the independent cubic N=2 SYK response complex, compact N=8--14 artifacts, audited Letter and supplement, and the frozen cohomological_non_gaussian_class verdict for Issue 276. Boundary: null rejection establishes finite-size memory beyond the registered separable covariance models, not asymptotic Geometric ETH or a complete-covariance non-Gaussianity theorem. Tested: bash tracks/mps/solutions/Wander-276/verify.sh passes 38 legacy checks, 43 v7 tests, scientific provenance verification, and dual-PDF manuscript auditing. Co-authored-by: OmX <omx@oh-my-codex.dev>
Result: replace the final conditional branch wording with the selected cohomological_non_gaussian_class verdict and repair the finite-size math notation. Boundary: the complete-covariance and asymptotic nonclaims remain unchanged. Tested: bash tracks/mps/solutions/Wander-276/verify.sh passes after the wording closeout. Co-authored-by: OmX <omx@oh-my-codex.dev>
Add the audited Moore-Read, lattice-SUSY, and X-cube calculations, covariance-complete inference, resource bounds, mechanism-dependent paper package, reviewer-facing documentation, and stable repeated-verification behavior to the existing Wander submission. Tested: Harness verifier passed 38 quick tests, 43 v7 tests, 45 v9-v12 tests, and every delivery and manuscript audit. Co-authored-by: OmX <omx@oh-my-codex.dev>
Add the public-capsule regression that proves unchanged delivery audits remain byte-identical and update the dashboard with the resulting focused-test count. Tested: 46 v9-v12 tests passed in the isolated Harness solution tree. Co-authored-by: OmX <omx@oh-my-codex.dev>
Result: add the Paper I v13 and Paper II v14 manuscripts, supplements, sealed numerical artifacts, figures, reviewer documentation, and the self-contained Harness integrity verifier. Boundary: Paper I remains finite-size and mechanism resolved; Paper II selects random_channel_failure and does not establish asymptotic, universal, independent-cross-model, or black-hole Geometric ETH. Tested: bash tracks/mps/solutions/Wander-276/verify.sh passes 38 legacy checks, 43 v7 tests, 46 v9-v12 tests, 63 Paper I tests with one disclosed history-only deselection, 79 v14 tests, 8 capsule tests, 237 capsule baseline hashes, and 71 registered v13/v14 hashes. Co-authored-by: OmX <omx@oh-my-codex.dev>
Result: updates the audited bibliography, reproducible Paper II PDF, combined manifest, public hashes, and reviewer handoff in the Issue QuantumBFS#276 capsule. Boundary: Paper II remains on random_channel_failure and the 237-object v1-v12 seal is unchanged. Tested: verify.sh passes 38, 43, 46, 63 with one disclosed deselection, 80, and 8 tests; capsule audit passes 237 legacy and 71 v13/v14 hashes. Co-authored-by: OmX <omx@oh-my-codex.dev>

Related issue: #276
This PR delivers two back-to-back manuscripts on quantum chaos in exactly degenerate state spaces.
Paper I, Exactly Degenerate Quantum Chaos: Non-Abelian Quantum Geometry as a Probe, asks what remains measurable when every energy inside a protected fiber is identical. Across Laughlin/FCI parents, Moore–Read clustering, supersymmetric cohomology, local lattice supersymmetry, and stabilizer controls, it separates exact intrafiber degeneracy from off-fiber projector motion. The result is finite-size and mechanism resolved: local geometric correlations can be random-matrix-like while global covariance, topology, and the protection mechanism retain structure. Of the five registered centered complete-covariance cases, only Moore–Read$N=6$ passes the familywise gate.
Paper II was prospectively result gated. It proves an exact weighted-channel fourth-cumulant identity under independence, centering, deterministic weights, finite fourth moments, and a common response space. A sealed chiral-index calculation then tests the parameter-free$N_{\mathrm{eff}}$ specialization. The random-channel values $1.2903$ , $1.3650$ , and $1.4814$ lie above the registered simultaneous band $[0.4476,1.2352]$ . The selected branch is therefore
random_channel_failure, and the delivered title is the bounded Geometric Response of Exactly Degenerate Quantum State Bundles. This PR does not claim an established asymptotic or universal Geometric ETH.Delivered artifacts

The command preserves the prior v1–v12 tests and runs the v13/v14 manuscript, figure, theorem, inference, delivery, and cross-paper checks. The Harness-specific fail-closed verifier rebuilds the combined manifest, verifies the Paper II failure branch and fallback title, checks all four archived PDFs, validates 71 registered v13/v14 evidence/source hashes, and verifies a capsule-local SHA-256 seal over all 237 v1–v12 versioned artifacts present before this upgrade.
