Prepare v5.11.3 with the database schema 21/22 compatibility fix from #528. Follow the existing changelog and release-note format, including upgrade guidance and acknowledgements for issue/PR participants since v5.11.2.
Update the crate version, lockfile and README badges. Locked offline Cargo metadata, formatting, whitespace and release-file/version consistency checks passed. Only version metadata and documentation change; the database fix passed its full CI before merging.
