   I assigned all owners oft the SCS orga to this task.
   It seems there are a good number of entities which are not managed by github manager.

   Please be so kind as to correct the users and repos listed and then hook them on the list.

   From October 14th, I will do the following:

   • archive all repos that are not defined
   • remove all users from the organization who are not defined in the GitHub manager

   A lot of the users where removed by me with this commit: #290
   I wonder why they're not properly removed from the github org.
   @scoopex I would suggest that you and me look at this tomorrow together.

   With "exclusive: true" for the orga definition we can automatically remove undefined users.
