Adding quotes around micronucleus hex upload

Adding quotes around the hex file paths in the micronucleus upload commands. I'm a goof and I have a space in my windows user name, so the upload was failing with a "cannot find path/to/.hex file" that was clearly split at that space in my user name. I've fixed it on my local package for v1.5.2, but saw it was still an issue on the v2.0.0 dev branch.

I don't think this core is maintained anymore. You may try your luck with https://github.com/MCUdude/TinyCore

Looks like this should not be an issue in the MCUDude TinyCore repo, they've got the correct quatations throughout the platform.txt file. I'll leave the PR here in case this repo ever picks back up, but like @hmeijdam said, @smlz you should try using that one instead.
