I finally ported the code for viewing probes from my personal page here. As @samuelgarcia requested, everything is in a single folder (save the deployment action and some gitignore terms). A live preview is deployed in my own branch here:

So you guys can inspect it. Once this is merged, the final deployment URL will be:
https://spikeinterface.github.io/probeinterface_library/
It will have identical content and paths.
