This PR is still relevant: main still has terser-webpack-plugin@5.3.16 and transitive serialize-javascript@6.0.2, while latest terser-webpack-plugin appears to be 5.6.0.

The latest CI Build failure looks unrelated to this dependency update. The failing step hit the private docs SSH setup:
