fix(l10n): correct he-IL translations

Fixes the Hebrew (he-IL) UI translations, which look machine-translated and read oddly to Hebrew speakers:

• Git terms: "branch" was translated as סניף (a store or bank branch). Changed to ענף, the term used for git branches. "Pull request" was translated word for word (משוך בקשות, "pull requests" as a command). Changed to בקשת מיזוג ("merge request"), the usual Hebrew term.
• Buttons were infinitives or imperatives, some with full vowel marks (לְהוֹסִיף, לְבַטֵל, לִמְחוֹק), or the wrong word: save was להציל ("to rescue") and clear was נקי ("clean", an adjective). Changed to the action nouns Hebrew interfaces use (הוספה, ביטול, מחיקה, שמירה, ניקוי).
• singleton / singletons were קְלָף בּוֹדֵד ("a single playing card") and רווקים ("bachelors"). Changed to פריט יחיד / פריטים יחידים ("single item(s)").
• dashboard was the car-dashboard term with vowel marks. Changed to לוח בקרה ("control panel").
• The two branch descriptions were rephrased to match, in the gender-neutral plural.

Only values in packages/keystatic/src/app/l10n/he-IL.json changed; no keys were added or removed. We use these strings in our own Keystatic setup through a local patch.
