This pull request fixes a newer bug found recently with winloop Vizonex/Winloop#153 It's got to get merged here so that more tests will ultimately pass and more bugs patched before the winloop & uvloop merge is completed. I'm running more tests this time because there was another PR merged to uvloop that needs to be caught up with and also due to MagicStack's workflows running in limbo somehow.
