Plugin: Human Approval Gate
Pauses Agent Zero before high-risk actions and requires explicit human approval in the UI.
Gated categories: destructive shell/host commands, file deletion, git push, external HTTP writes (POST/PUT/DELETE/PATCH). Per-category toggles, decision timeout, JSONL audit log, Approve/Reject overlay in the WebUI.
