Deps: viem 2.57.3, hono 4.13.13 (dev only)

Summary

Maintenance sweep. viem 2.57.2 to 2.57.3 (dev pin and the matching override), part of the coupled viem/mppx set moving together with pay 0.6.5 and the storefronts, and the hono dev floor to 4.13.13. Both are dev-only here: viem is not a dependency or peer of the published package and the hono >=4.0.0 peer range is unchanged, so the shipped package is identical and no release is owed.

Not done: the axios and esbuild overrides were re-tested by removing them and both stay (without them axios resolves 1.16.0 and esbuild 0.27.7). eslint 10 and TypeScript 7 stay held per the org holds registry (lift conditions re-tested today, unmet).
