Documents an important operational limitation of the REST catalog’s vended-credentials access-delegation setting: PyIceberg receives temporary storage credentials but does not automatically renew them, which can impact long-running jobs.

Just a basic warning that vended credentials don't currently get renewed by PyIceberg (see #3506)
