Upgrade Miniflux from 2.3.3 to 2.3.5. Adds forced feed refresh through the API, validates scraper and rewrite rules, and improves authentication, feed handling, and database index storage.

Security changes restrict private per-feed proxies by default. Instances that intentionally use them must review FETCHER_ALLOW_PRIVATE_FEED_PROXY. When multiple reverse proxies are chained, configure TRUSTED_REVERSE_PROXY_NETWORKS for every trusted proxy network. Changing a password signs out other sessions.

The app directory is replaced by the selected source snapshot, including deletion of target-only files. Other apps and repository files are unchanged. No upstream merge is performed by Haro.
