Upgrade Apache Answer from 2.0.2 to 2.0.3. Strengthens access checks for questions, answers and comments, fixes session handling and profile updates, and restores advanced settings affected by an earlier migration. The web frontend now uses Vite.

The app directory is replaced by the selected source snapshot, including deletion of target-only files. Other apps and repository files are unchanged. No upstream merge is performed by Haro.
